On 3 and 4 March 2026, Pavilion 5 of the IFEMA MADRID exhibition centre is hosting a new edition of the WORLD OLIVE OIL EXHIBITION, bringing together the largest operators in the international commerce of this product. It provides a space for debate and analysis of the industry through talks, tastings and the presence of prominent figures.
The World Olive Oil Exhibition is the world’s leading trade fair dedicated to olive oil that brings together the largest operators in the international commerce of this product, uniting producers and consumers.
It showcases the best olive oils in the world, offering a chance to contact the most important producers and buyers directly. In addition, you can sample the main varieties of olive oil and expand your knowledge through talks.
The 13th edition of this exhibition is pursuing a dual goal. On the one hand, it aims to restore consumer confidence in olive oil as a healthy product after two years of short harvests and high prices; and, on the other hand, to explore cuisine and activities that elevate extra virgin olive oil to the category of liquid gold. The 2025 edition will also feature Michelin-starred chefs, oil tourism, innovation and much more.
The activities and areas available at the World Olive Oil Exhibition include the Olive Oil Bar, where you can sample the best extra virgin olive oils; the Olive Oil Delicatessen Awards, presented to companies that use olive oil in their products; the WOOE Challenge, a cooking contest for professional chefs to use olive oil as the backbone to their culinary creations; and The Olive Tree Corner, a meeting and networking space focused on the world of olives: olive oil tourism, marketing, health, packaging, innovation, and more.
The program also includes conferences and roundtables led by leading figures in the sector, as well as a series of tastings guided by renowned professionals, designed to provide insights into current industry trends.
